Social Responsibility Fund
With every project we undertake, we ask that our suppliers donate 0.5% of the project value to our contribution fund. This money is then used to fund projects that directly benefit communities, such as the above contributions and many more.
Fletcher
Andrew’s experiences range from commercial insurance to corporate banking, most recently becoming Managing Director of a private bank that specialised funding many development schemes predominately in the renewable sector.
Andrew operated at senior management level for a great number of years growing and developing those businesses.
Harrod
David started his career after he qualified in building and engineering studies. As an engineer, he quickly progressed to site agent involved in various civil and construction schemes, from roads and sewers, bridge and treatment works to commercial build projects. This led on to becoming estimator growing the business client base. He has led on many major projects particularly working in the municipal utilities’ framework arena.
David is very adept at project procurement and bringing in schemes on budget and on time.
Lee qualified in civil engineering in the early 90s which led to his role as a site agent operating on some large projects such as the A69 Corbridge bypass. This in turn led to Lee becoming contracts manager for several local civil engineering and building companies. The next few years were spent as an operations manager growing a local construction business to 3 times its size compared to when he started.
He has since gone on to become senior framework contract manager involved again in local authority and utility design and build frameworks controlling multi-million pound schemes upwards of £100 million.
Lewis is experienced in all aspects of construction management, from quantity surveying, procurement, and project management working for Northumbrian Water, Anglian Water, Yorkshire Water and various government backed departments such as the Coal Authority, Highways England and Yorwaste.
Whilst developing his career has also achieved a first-class honours degree in Construction Project management, NVQ level 5 in integral leadership and is an associated member of the ICE.
He has had overall control of projects, from multiple centre projects running multiple teams to larger schemes, Leading sections of projects upwards of £120m (A14 Cambridge to Huntington). This has led to significant client contact , acting as principal contractor, coordinating delivery of projects on time, to budget, and in accordance with systems for quality assurance, health and safety and environmental management.
This has lead to Lewis developing and leading award winning teams. This was recognised with an award at the 2021 CECA awards.
Iain is both AAT and ACCA qualified with vast experience of finance.
His history within the filtration/manufacturing industry with Domnick Hunter and Parker Hannifin stretches back 29 years. Roles including Financial Controller, Share Service Manager, and Project Management largely responsible for the implementation of major financial and related software solutions to a global audience.
